DOCUMENT ACCESS PROGRAM (DAP)
Wiznet's Document Access Program (DAP) is an open platform, fully configurable to host any document type that enables users to search, view, download and print relevant documents.
The DAP program is easy to use and provides an effective means to web-enable the Court's documents and provides the members of the bar and bench access to this data through an internet repository. DAP is automatically populated by all electronic file submissions as well as any paper-based filings that the Court accepts across the Clerk's filing counter. The imaged data is seamlessly and automatically transferred into the DAP program through propriety software code developed by Wiznet. Wiznet will work the Court to develop the DAP website "look and feel" and the Court will always retain ownership of the data.
Wiznet's DAP program is a cost efficient and effective solution that not only significantly expands the services that can be offered by the Clerk's Office but meets the needs of both the judiciary and the bar.
