Updated Forms
ATTENTION: Please be advised that you must use the most current forms when you are submitting Garnishments and Defaults. Garnishments must be submitted on version 3/09 or 6/09 and Defaults must be on version 3/09. These documents will be rejected if not on the most current form.
Consolidated Cases
ATTENTION: If you have cases that are consolidated, please make sure to file your pleadings in the lower case number.
ePraecipe
IMPORTANT: All praecipes on eFiling cases must be submitted through Oakland County ePraecipe, otherwise your motion will not be scheduled. Effective April 17, 2008, ePraecipes will also be accepted for non-eFiling cases.
Courtesy Copy for Judge
When submitting a document through Wiznet, do not include a courtesy copy of your eFiling to the judge. eFiled documents are routed electronically to each eFile judge. However, a judge may require a paper copy of certain documents (e.g. summary disposition pleadings). If you have questions regarding this matter, please contact the judge's chambers.
Signatures
All documents must be signed properly on signature line. The signature must be either a wet signature that is scanned or the electronic signature which has to read as follows: /s/John Doe. If pleadings are not signed in this manner they will be rejected.
Scanning
Documents that are scanned for submission must be scanned at a 200 DPI resolution in order to ensure document integrity.
Multiple Address
Please note: Only one email address may be used per contact. If an individual requires an email to more than one address, they must be added as an additional contact.
Service Contact Attachment
In order to receive all orders filed by the court, please attach yourself to the service list of any case you are involved in.

All service e-mails will come from ccservice@wiznet.com. Please be sure this e-mail address is allowed by any spam or junk e-mail filters to make sure you don't miss any service notifications.
