ABOUT E-FILE & SERVE

Traditionally, documents are filed in Oakland County at the courthouse. You can now electronically file and electronically serve your documents in Oakland County using Wiznet's E-File & Serve. Simply register your firm and enter your case number or use the key-word search to access your case and begin filing and serving online. Once documents are submitted, you may view the status of documents you file through the E-File Queue.

NOTE: Currently, you can only e-file into specific cases of Judge Michael Warren that are designated for mandatory electronic filing. All other documents must be filed over the counter with the Clerk's Office.
