ABOUT E-FILE & SERVE
Traditionally, documents are filed in Oakland County at the courthouse. You can now electronically file and electronically
serve your documents in Oakland County using Tyler's E-File & Serve. Simply register your firm and enter your case number
or use the key-word search to access your case and begin filing and serving online. Once documents are submitted, you may view
the status of documents you file through the E-File Queue.
Current mandatory eFiling will be required on all "A", "C" and "N" case types (excluding AP cases) for all Circuit Court civil judges.
